I have been quite naughty recently but seem to have got away with it in the short term. Another night out tonight so will be high calories again. I don't think I will make my goal of average 1900 calories a day this month. I am close and that level of food intake seems to work for me. Light at the end of the tunnel for maintenance.

Hope so! I don't even want to write up yesterdays calories. I will wait until I get a couple of good days in the bank!!
