The first downward movement for ages. 0.9 kgs and half an inch. Not much I know but it is a start and about time. I am quietly trying to shave off the extra 4lbs by adjusting the diet minutely so I don't notice and then hopefully this will become the new eating habit which will be sustainable long term.
