The first downward movement for ages. 0.9 kgs and half an inch. Not much I know but it is a start and about time. I am quietly trying to shave off the extra 4lbs by adjusting the diet minutely so I don't notice and then hopefully this will become the new eating habit which will be sustainable long term.

Thanks for that! There seems to be a fine line between eating too much and eating the right amount. I think I am close to finding my line.
