Ate out last night, Mexican buffet. Impossible to count calories, so I tried to limit the damage by 1) limiting quantity of food, 2) strictly limiting quantity of foods that were obviously high fat or high carb, and taking more of the meat than I normally would to make myself feel full, 3) not having some of the choices that were obviously very high fat, like cheese, sour cream etc., 4) having diet Pepsi to drink, 5) no dessert (obviously!). Estimated maybe 800 cals? Felt very full after, so walked home by the hilly route, 30 mins brisk walk.

Then went to Lewes to hear some music. Pub had very tempting selection of beers, so I gave in and had a half, and very nice it was too.

Weight exactly the same today, so I'm happy with that. Back to normal eating today, and will try and make it lean day. I'm really hungry, but it's now time for breakfast. Anyway it's good to be hungry! And I get my bass guitar today 😀😀😀

Mexican food is always a nightmare to negotiate. I think your estimate of 800 sounds about right. You made good choices under the circumstances. Well done!
