I saw a Youtube vid where a guy said something about forming new habits: "It's not that big of a deal". Which means don't overthink it, just do it

I put hot sauce on mine. I love just about anything as long as it has hot sauce. 😂

I like to make a dressing of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. And I always put a small amount of something particularly tasty eg feta cheese, sun dried tomatoes or avocado

😀😀your option sounds better, Basil. But nothing wrong with a tasty salad either, Kitty 😺 😋

I agree with all of the above: first get to know what leaves you like. There is a variety out there to explore. Dressings and protein sources. See what works best - sweet or sour, spicy or creamy etc. Add things like quinoa or couscous to make them more filling if you feel hungry afterwards. 😉

Make sure you put something you like in there (chicken, boiled potatoe, avocado, egg...),
Add something new like fruit or nuts or seeds something you wouldn't normally put. I have one with mango that I like..
Also dressings are game changers... for those who are not great lovers of just olive oil and balsamic vinegar, you can always mix up something with a teaspoon or light mayo, or mustard, or even tiny bit of feta with yogurt turned creamy and tasty..
Start playing with salads and you will learn to love them, I promise 🙂
