well some dried peppers and my new larger motar and pestle. (I have a small one I use constantly) I am working on learning to cook more authentic Mexican foods--not Tex Mex. Made a pork filling for multiple uses tonight. My house smells amazing.

One of the things I have learned from the last one is the sauces to me taste more incredible the next day.. I also cut the pork too small. So a learning process. I still need to add these to the cookbook so I can figure the calories. The chipolte one I finished on Sunday.

I grind my own spice mixes, too. Much stronger flavor that way. Plus you get a nice arm workout 😊

so true. I also have a coffee bean grinder that I use for hard spices. I have another larger one for actual coffee bean.s
