Nutricali, it really does 😄 romashka, thanks ✌️ Dagher, thanks, i was much more flexible when i was younger tho (because i worked for it ofc, it didnt come naturally), kinda wanna start training to do the splits and other stuff again 😃 the problem is that such desires disappear quickly, it's hard to stay consistent 😅 

Heathers, have to show off when i feel good because it doesnt last long 😃 hope you're doing well!  

I think when we getting older consistency starting to be a real problem 😂 but anyway you are in a good shape and I think with little training you can manage it 💪🏻

Im 20 now 😃 i used to train to do the splits (and i succeeded! I was able to do the middle and front splits) when i was 10-12 years old... Flexibility requires constant (daily) training  

20 Years 👀, and we speak about getting old. Am 34 Kitty 😂. Wish you healthy and happy life
