Anyone want to know what a blow-out looks like, just check my food diary under snacks/other! Was quite sensible till after lunch then went out to M&S to get some meals - felt a bit wobbly and decided to buy wine and crisps! Inevitable followed, including raiding the grandchildrens' goodie tin! Still only mid-afternoon, can I get myself back under control? I know I can't diet on Sunday - going out for curry for family birthday celebration. Still got the birthday cake to make - chocolate overload!
