Ok, that was a good break. Kept exercising throughout, that is no problem for me. Now I just have to motivate myself to cut back on food (Well, drink really and chocolates!) So I am going to do a bit of calorie counting again. Only 2lbs to go, not much. Happy New Year everyone.
