Weight hasn't changed - not too bad considering it was Thanksgiving and my birthday last week.

Now onto the next challenge to keep me on the straight and narrow...
57.2 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
