Hi Saw I am 0.6 up so less than I expected. But I now must learn not to cheat on my food intake that's not weighed. I need yo be 114lbs by Easter. so I need to stop the extra eating. Today I have done well, I wish I didn't find it so hard. 😕. Merry Mel 🤩.
