Still trying to sort myself out. Jim is waiting for x-ray results on his lung. My best friend Angela who has recovered from cancer has covid for the second time. Her Dad is 94 and couldn't be more difficult with her, her Mum and anyone who is trying to help him he thinks he knows better than anyone else. Apart from that all is 👍. Weigh in Sunday. hi guy's, how are you all? I am sorting myself out with my nerve pain that's causing high anxiety and depression. Started my pills on Saturday, and it's early days. I am waiting for counciling and I have to have a scan underneath my foot. I am still Merry Mel. so much love to you all. Merry Mel 🤩

this is great. won't let this go wrong I will try hard to make my 114lb target which I haven't been since 16th May 2021 so I know it's possible. Merry Mel.🤩

not written much, went to doctor today I haven't got arthritis I cannot say the name of my thing. I don't have muscles ache. I have nerves ache 😩. But I have to start new tablets tomorrow which help , let me sleep calm me down and I need an attractive sound done on the ball of my foot. Also, the doctor thinks I need some counselling for stress.
