omg. brutally honest. thats what i ate. that equals two days next week with no food. what do you think? a pure blow out. thats what visiting does

Look, don't worry, mt philosophy has always been enjoy the moment then turn the page and start afresh the next day with no regrets. Just think how boring it would have been with just a lettuce on your plate! Life is too short :-)

Yes you are right. I say to myself every journey starts with one step. However, todays step is towards the train station to meet my brother so more eating and drinking will ensue. Plus the left overs from last nights chinese so I expect another high calorie day. (I hate waste, so won't throw good food out)

You can have a blow out now and then. It helps you keep going but never go without food to try and make it up. Just continue back on your normal diet.

Thanks Carol. I am planning to have two blow outs a week (Sat and Sun) Then be strict the rest of the time. Am I kidding myself? Will I constantly be playing catch up?
