Oh dear! Another blow out. My other half did sabotage things a bit. I had planned a 2000 day which I would have achieved if he hadn't brought rhubarb tart and fudge. Yes, I could have not eaten it but if its there I will eat it. I will have to have a 1500 day today because I can see the difference in myself already after two blow out days. So strict, strict, strict today.
