I am planning to diet (1500) 3 days a week. To have 2 strict days (2000) a week. And then, within reason, please myself on a Sat and Sun. I am not sure if this will maintain or continue to lose weight. Time will tell and I will adjust accordingly. Weigh in tomorrow so today is a 1500 day. Wish me luck!
