Well, thats a week done. I quite enjoyed counting the calories. I can see a difference in myself too but I am still waiting for that 'my jeans are too big' feeling! I also have two pairs of jeans that I would love to wear again but I have to be super slim for that!
Last night was a carry on. We all just ate and drank ourselves silly over the course of the evening and I feel quite grotty today. But I did make the spin class this morning so all was not lost.
I seem to have a problem with posting my journal entries. Not sure what I am doing wrong!
