Comments
My weight has been creeping up for the last 3 months after previously being exactly where I wanted it. I have been over eating due to being in a relationship, going out for dinner, eating chocolates and drinking wine. I would like to get back to 'ball park' which is 9st 7lbs and on occasions, drop to fighting weight which is 9st 3lbs. I look great at these weights but find fighting weight very difficult to achieve.
I would like to change my diet slightly in that I am eating too many carbs. I need to replace the carbs with protein.
Exercise is not a problem foe me. I do it regularly and enjoy it. I am aware that you can't exercise weight off.
