Here's a question for my gym folk. How do you track your gym workouts? Do you keep records on paper, use an app on your phone or a database on your phone.

strong. it's a free app I. Google play or apple store. I love it. it takes the guess work out. where did u leave off how many reps or sets. it's all there. plus it tracks personal records. very motivating.

No problem. I see others using fit notes. It I dont have any experience with it.

I use StrongLifts it’s basically a 5x5 workout which you can add exercises too if you want.
