This morning I did:
Heather Robertson - Day 1: Arms & Shoulders // Upper Body Strength Workout

Felt great! Luckily I'd previewed a bit yesterday so knew to change my bars to 2.5kg each. If I'd stuck with 4kg - guaranteed I would not have finished it. Modified slightly again swapping out the last set of arnold presses for shoulder presses, but I'm glad I managed to do the first two sets this time. Helps that it was alternating.

So I'm glad I got my 3 strength workouts done for the week. Now just to take a walk later. Weather looks terrible though so fingers crossed it clears somewhat. Not in the mood to do a walking workout and I need some fresh air.

Thanks Becca! Yes, I did go for a walk just before sunset so closed my Google Fit rings for the day. Hope you had a lovely weekend too! 😊💕

I'm going to take a leaf out of your book and log more regularly. I find reading your posts so motivating. It's nice to read about how you incorporate workouts into daily living while the main focus remains living and enjoying life. I'm trying to find my balance again. Keep going Nikina🤸🏿‍♀️❤️

Thanks Becca! Glad you had a good weekend - and yes, it's always great to set your mind to doing something in a day - and accomplishing it - whatever it may be. For me it's just to complete a load of laundry sometimes (as I did today). xxx

Thanks so much for your kinds words, Suma! I do hope you find that balance soon - and I think it's just about finding a level that you're comfortable with at that particular point in time. I am trying not to compare myself to people who workout 6 days a week or get thousands of steps done every day. I'm trying to be fine with doing things at my own pace and when I can fit them in. Every bit helps. All the best to you! Sure you'll find your groove again soon! xxx
