This morning after the same quick MadFit warm-up, I did:
Caroline Girvan - SUPER INTENSE Shoulder & Arm Supersets Workout | EPIC III Day 32

Not much modification, but I did go down to much lighter weights for some of those overhead presses and also did one arm at a time for some of the Diagonal Raises. Arms were a bit shaky after, but feel better now. I just wasn't feeling it yesterday and almost didn't get up early enough today either, but I'm glad I did. Will see if I can manage another workout tomorrow or Friday. Still would like to do 4 again this week.

The weather's been totally awful since Saturday so no walking so I'll need to start scheduling some indoor walking workouts, but not sure if/when I feel like doing that. I have enough on my plate without trying to fit another hour in somewhere, but I guess winter is coming so will need to make some changes.

Anyhoo, have a great Wednesday everyone!
