Run/walk intervals. Okay I don’t feel like a superhero, I have certainly run farther and faster at other times, but I’m proud because it was hot as heck and I made it anyway. My neighbor couldn’t believe I was out in this heat. Time to hydrate!

Aww thanks @hebrews! You are obviously so much stronger than me but it’s nice to think I can do something not everyone can, even if I’m not as fast as I was in my younger years

Honestly running would be better for my everyday life. Kids and work. I have gotten to 1 mile but knees aren't great. So I lift. So wrestling with the kids is great but playing tag I suck.wind. 😝😝 keep killing it.

Thanks @hebrews! My knees used to bother me when I was heavier but thankfully they are strong at a normal weight as long as I wear good shoes. I usually do light strength training as well but I have been slacking and need to get back into it. Have fun with those kids!

Look like super hero to me. I read it 3.7 MIL, as in 3.7 million miles. Now, that's one heck of a super hero speed haha. Good job.
