Homemade multigrain reduced gluten bread with apricots figs and walnuts 😋 my fiancé said this is my best bread yet… he said that about the last two breads as well 😊 I have had had a lot going on with my career and multiple fur baby health concerns and haven’t made it to the gym lately. Still running, but haven’t done strength training all week. Hopefully I can do both tomorrow. I am working on improving my running pace and then will go back to working on distance with the goal of doing 10k again which I used to do with my dad. After that we’ll see if I want to do more or not. My dad injured himself trying to do more and was told he could never run again. (Currently he cannot run due to respiratory issues). Girlfriends and I are doing a muddy princess obstacle course 5k on 10/24. I’m also excited for a small trip this coming weekend during which I will see my parents among other things. Oh and my fiancé is starting his seasonal free beach yoga classes Saturday before we head out for our trip. Yay! Well, time to get ready for bed. Have a good night, FS friends.
