Gratitudes: I had an awesome bike ride. I’m working on getting more exercise days in which I’ve been intending to do for some time now. I baked a 3 grain walnut bread (brown rice, buckwheat, whole wheat). (If it seems like I’m baking a lot, yes, but they’re only half loaves). It’s not pretty but it’s nutritious and tasty. Kitten is happy and adjusting well as are his siblings gradually. Good things are happening in career and life and I’m in a good mood. Wishing you all a wonderful healthy day.

If you’re using your bread maker that’s awesome. Plus it’s not for a lot of people so it is not going to waste.

Thanks! Yes there are only two of us humans and the bread gets stale quickly so half-loaves work best

I hope one day I could post something like this. I thought I got a glimpse of happiness back in July but it slipped away. Ima soldier though. Shocked that you added buckwheat in your bread😂

@yfritz Happiness will come to you again my friend. Hopefully soon 🤞🏻 I love buckwheat. It was a lot of buckwheat but we both enjoyed it
