You know a fish finger is a cracking backup food. A much forgotten staple for the freezer

I always keep some fish fingers in my freezer! One of my best quick & easy go to meals!

Instead of sweet potato, you could have a pitta and make a pitta pocket fish finger sandwich with side salad! 🥙
