And we'll walk in to town later to run some errands so that will be an hour of walking. Legs felt like jelly after yesterday's workout and today it's the arms' turn.

Walking is the best exercise ever! Forget caloric burn... is just fun, has a purpose, and stretches your legs out after a great workout! Enjoy 😊

Yeah...she's pretty hardcore. I do her workouts only a couple of times a week. Will wait to hear how you find her epic program. It looks very good x

Not sure if the Epic ones are HIIT and involving burpees and such, which I tend to avoid. I know she has some straight strength workouts with weights I know I will enjoy though - looking forward to it!
