Just did: Caroline Girvan - 30 Min OUTER & INNER THIGH WORKOUT at Home | Ankle Weights (Optional) - sans ankle weights, but still felt like work!

Now off to wash my hair and get ready for a walk to town later.

Thanks, Mermee! We went to a Vegan Food Market - some lovely options, but just shared a slice of salted caramel cake and then bought some turkish delight in some different flavours to bring home. Prompted me deciding not to track calories for the rest of the day so will start fresh tomorrow. I think the ankle weights will make a huge difference - I originally searched for a Pilates style workout, but clicked on this one because you'd mentioned your weights yesterday - so thank you for that! The 30 mins seemed to go very quickly, but I think with weights it would be far more intense - hope you enjoy them when they arrive!

Those creme filled chocolate cakes sound yummy, Mermee! I hope to be in a good place to be able to not track on weekends soon as well, but for now I thought it would be fine as the last day of the month.

Thanks Petra! We went out before lunch time so just relaxed at home and I made us a pasta dish for dinner and I also enjoyed some Rose wine while we watched a movie. Hope you had a lovely end to your weekend too!
