Twisted my knee about 4 weeks ago and then again 2 weeks ago so have not been very mobile or active at all as couldn't walk! Been subjected to my husband's lovely although quite stodgy cooking plus numerous hot drinks with biscuits... so in reality my weight probably went up in the last month and then back. down again as my mobility returned ... so overall I'm quite pleased & pleasantly surprised with a 0.6lb drop.
