They’re the Noodl Plus brand, the beetroot one 😊 they cook really quickly too - like rice noodles

I will try these. Looking to increase my protein without meat, fish or dairy but finding it really difficult. . .Other ideas very welcome!

Thanks Suma 🤗 I get a bit carried away sometimes lol. Marge you can also try things like tempeh and tofu. Really low fat for the protein.

Medders sure - add 1 portion of noodl plus and 1 sachet miso paste or soup seasoning to a saucepan, cover with 300ml boiling water and a lid then leave for 6 minutes. Wash and cut pak choi into quarters then fry on medium-high in sesame oil until browned. Check the noodles are hot then transfer everything to a serving bowl. Top with thin slices of raw carrot, spring onions, coriander and black sesame seeds 🍲
