Well done, that's a great achievement. I tried Paul mckenna i can make you thin hypnosis a few years ago which worked, but then life got in the way and I didn't keep it up. One of the rules was eat when hungry but that's a bit difficult for me with the job I have now, so I'm reluctant to try it again because I cannot follow the rules properly 😏 maybe I should give it a try again it can't hurt.
