70.4kg today and I'm not going to record it. I will work towards being back at 70kg next Friday - or lower. This morning I did:
Sydney Cummings - 50 Minute Arms and Abs Bootcamp Workout | SHRED - Day 18

Hope to do another 50 minutes tomorrow - possibly including some cardio.

Did IF on a few days this week just trying to keep calories low, but I don't know how successful that was. Might do it again next week for 2/3 days. It's easy to stop eating before 8 at night and then rooibos tea and lemon water keeps me going until noon in the mornings.

Thank you Avrilnel! I think it helps to find something you really enjoy so I feel lucky that I've found a few YouTube channels of people who post new workouts all the time so I never feel like I'm getting bored of doing the same thing all the time (even if they are very similar sometimes). I hope you find what you enjoy doing as well. In future I would love to be able to add a daily walk and I will get some heavier weights again at some point. I used to have a treadmill, which was great - I used to watch Great British Bake-off while getting my steps done. All the best on your journey! You can do it!!!
