Bought some Apple Cider Vinegar to help lose that stubborn belly fat (beer belly). I hope it works because it tastes disgusting, has anyone got other tips to lose it please?

I've tried that and nothing so binned it and now do kettlebells and cycle about 10 mile 4 times a week and eat less and that works hope that helps

I think it's used as part of a whole eating plan...a mixture of healthy eating and exercise will get you where you want to be and walking is actually a great way to lose and avoid foods that bloat you too. You'll get lots of tips here!

Unfortunately there is no miracles for localised body fat 😔 I have some in belly but most are on my legs and hips (bummer!) but the secret to lose belly fat is to keep being consistent with food and exercise and the fat eventually will come off the places you want them to go away 😊

I thank everyone who have been adding comments they have been useful and have given plenty to think about. After two days of taking Apple Cider Vinegar I am coming to the conclusion it is acting like a laxative not the healthiest way to lose weight so I am going to try two days off two days on until my next weigh date 1st May

Does this acv have "with the mother" in it? I use it to help balance my gut bacteria. It helps ease bloating. I knock it back in a shot glass, followed by 200 or 300ml of room temp water. If your gut bacteria is out of whack, yes, this will cause a change in your loo visits. This is normal until your bowels settle.
