Thanks guys...I needed more cinnamon and probably an extra banana or sweetner...I really want to eat it with custard...so it's been boxed and frozen to avoid it...lol!

Of course...200g porridge oats, 500ml whole milk, 1 whisked egg, 1 small mashed banana, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and a handful of blueberries...I would add more cinnamon and another banana to make it sweeter tho. Mix it all together and oven for 30-40 mins. You could alternate the milk to coconut or other and half the mixture...it made alot I only ate a quarter! BBC good food recipe I think! Hope you like!😋

Delicious, I love baked oats! I always use apple or mango, somehow never tried to make them with blueberries 😋

No, I just mix oats with coconut or almond milk, 0 calories vanilla syrup, lots of cinnamon then sink peeled apple slices 😋 so easy and delicious, may need to make it now 😅
