I get so hungry after my workout. I’m wondering if I should increase my calories on workout days and decrease them on other days (already working on the latter). Went over my calorie limit today for the first time in this round of FatSecret use.

Just my 2 cents here with something I have learned - I am going to try and explain this as simply as I can, so I will probably screw it up - - but I will try and share it with you anyway - - - - your mind doesn't know the difference between being hungry and dehydrated, so often you will think you are hungry when you are actually needing water. Your body gets a majority of the liquid it needs from the food you eat. When you are hungry like that before you eat, try drinking 16 oz. of water or tea or whatever liquid you prefer – I am not saying this is it for everyone, but you mentioned the correlation with working out, and it’s something my doctor told me when I was complaining about needing to be able to eat more. Just try it and see how it works, then let us know

Thank you, Skydiverjim!! That’s a good idea. I did not drink as much as usual today so that may explain it. I will try it and let you guys know. I appreciate your support.
