me and my fiancé and our friend last night at the drum circle they facilitated (my fiancé is the one behind me in glasses). I did not record any exercise but drum circle involves all of us carrying a bunch of heavy drums quite a distance out to the beach and back again. My fiancé insisted I enjoy an impossible whopper on the way home. I told him it was too many calories but then decided to enjoy only part of it and save the rest for today. Yum! I'm experimenting with distributing my calories throughout the day so that I don't get too hungry and something I'm doing is working, so I had to take a picture of the scale. Time to get ready for a great workout. Have a great day!
