today I've been feeling low until I went for a walk. got a little shopping then came home, the sunshine helped. but Jim and I are still plodding along. hopefully my weight is down Sunday. I can get out of this whole I will but it will take time. ( still) Mel.

Oh gosh Mel! You are a SAINT! Sunshine helps EVERYTHING, though. Lets hope Sunday shows a minus (which will be a plus). Maybe just pretend Jim is happy and maybe he will just go along with it and suddenly BE happy!
