Hi Ladies, please don't worry about my diet. I've done it before years ago. I was ok then and I'll be ok now. It's only for a while and it's making me feel good. Jim is still struggling with things. It takes him a month of Sunday to get over things. So I feel good with this. I hope you are both well and have a wonderful day. Working or not. Take care Mel.
