Weekend did all the damage again and I ended up on 1955 average daily calories, but as usual I don't think it does any good dwelling on it or letting it affect this week. Also only did the two workouts adding up to 85 mins so I'll aim for higher this week. All the potential is there and doing the Easter Challenge has motivated me to try to get some more exercise again - starting today.

Usually Penny Barnshaw's HIIT workouts are just too much for me, but this low impact one was perfect even though I still needed to pause and catch my breath a couple of times. Will see if I can do up to an hour at least two more times this week with a combination of strength and cardio.

Hi TraceyB16 - I've sent you in invitation to the challenge. It's starting today and as far as I know you can only access that info on the website, not the app. I've only done one many years ago before so not quite sure what it entails, but I think we'll just spur each other on and try to get to the goal at the end. It’s tricky you need to go on the website version of FatSecret and log in - then find the “challenges” section. If you don’t have an invite you can just search under challenges for “Easter Weightloss Bonanza” and join - you don’t need an invite for it!
