LADIES I need your help. what do you snack on when aunt flow visits?! I'm struggling not to eat crap, I've already eaten half a pizza and I'm trying to curve my cravings with hot choc please help

I go for very dark chocolate ( so I only eat a couple of squares) or for savoury I have popcorn ( just salt), capers and pickles

I tried chewing gum but it just creates more stomach acid which makes my heartburn horrendous

dried fruits work wonders for that sugar fix raisins and apricots in particular for me

I'll have to try those next. At the moment I've been sipping option mint hot chocolate and it seems to be keeping the chocolate cravings steady

I have chocolate covered Brazil nuts because it’s sweet, you only need a couple - not the best but hits the spot and better than a huge bar of chocolate like I used to!

The best thing you can do, is to keep lots of healthy options in your counter/fridge. Less crap you have around, less you will want them. If you have a thing for fast food, try to make your own pizza or burger for instance. xxx

Pickles or Crackerbread/Rice cakes with Low fat cheese spread.. Light crisps like Quavers Snaps or Skips..
