Merry Christmas Eve 🤗 & maraschino cherry kombucha. I cut out alcohol during my diet and I felt healthier without it. Instead of a glass of wine at the weekend, I got into the routine of making probiotics. Fizzy, fruity & festive 😊🥂 cheers 🥂

Well done Nutricali I am on my 47th day with out alcohol and I intend to carry on with abstinence during tier 4! Yes that incudes tomorrow and boxing day and being a boring old fart New Year Eve!
