Three square meals!
Breakfast - Fruit salad(banana,pear,apple) smothered in blueberry yoghurt. Washed down with green tea.
Lunch - Salad - Salmon,cheese,red onions,tomatoes.
Dinner - Chicken curry with mixed vegetables.
