Really happy with my new exercise ball. Aldi's for $7.99. Both my other ones are leaking. Costs more to get them patched so it will hold. Vinyl seems thicker than my others and it's tasco turquoise ( can 't spell it. ) . Came with a sheet with some great exercises. Managed to get through most of them and. 30 min cardio today. Need to finish up my food prep for the week and get to bed. Long day tomorrow. Work through lunch and overtime the next 2 days. They will bring in lunch that i won't eat. Pizza and maybe planet sub or jason's deli sandwiches.
