That's a good thing John it looks like she knows what she is doing to keep you going that's nice it looks like she measures everything very good portion size and good meal as well be blessed

I think that's normal men sometimes just wing it when it comes to losing weight like for example my next door neighbor who is a man can eat anything and he never gains and if he do it just drops right back off me I'm hoping , wishing and struggling to lose one pound a week lol it's crazy I need to be like her I probably could learn a thing or two lol
