Yesterday's dinner was grilled lamb chops, quinoa and spinach, garlic mashed potatoes, ranch dressing and a garden salad. Yesterday I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and did not meet some activity goals. BF down 0.1% / BW down 0.6#
