I am back ot the gym. Not swimming though. Diet is terrible. Hair looks good; cut and highlighted. That is it in a nutshell! Lol

I've been really busy with revamping my property along with a new laser clinic business. Not had much time to read anyone journal hopefully will try and get round to it. I hope all is well. 😘❤️ say a big Hello to sexy Paul from me 😍🥰😁 

Great, new projects! I love the sound of the laser business. Paul still appears now and again and is as wonderful as ever. He misses the old gang too I think.

Hi Paul. How lovely to hear from you. I am fine. But busy with a work project due to complete in December so I can feel the pressure rising! And not having the pool to de-stress makes me crazy. I hope you and yours are all OK? x 

Hi Anne, yes fine thank you had a bit of shoulder injury for a short while but still managed to push on without doing anymore damage thankfully. Sorry about the pool hope it’ll not be for long. Seems work is taking over all of us lately but it’s great to hear from you and all the others x  

Yes, all the (I won't say 'old') crew have re-appeared. Brilliant. My pool opened on Monday but with so many restrictions I think I will stick to the gym and turbo trainer as I have a good routine going. Shoulder injuries are a bugger. But we have to work round these things!
