Peach828 30g porridge oats 100g Alpro PlainPot (but any yoghurt will do) 25g Sultanas 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground ginger 50g grated carrot (1 medium carrot) I just mix all together and eat straight away as I like the crunchy texture, some people leave overnight.
