although I haven't lost any weight in the last 3 months. I'm glad I have stayed stable without really trying. I am now determined to lose the last 5 kg within 3 months
80 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
