I went through quite a few changes gave my old clothes to charity purchased some more then they didn’t fit and then so on So don’t buy too much until you get nearer your target weight

You have done so well . I am trying the 800 calorie Mediterranean diet Dr Mosley . Lost a stone in a month . It does make you look at how many calories you have been consuming prior to my new diet regime. Like you onwards and upwards to a healthier 2021 :)
