I’m so bad at cutting carbs but I did my best last week
81.7 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Or maybe it was the calorie deficit, I’m not too sure! But eating less carbs definitely suppressed the cravings for me

Go you hope your doing ok. I bought some Keto urine test strips and they are helping me understand my body. And more recipe books I quit sugar is a good one.
