Cathy a walk is good for the mental health 

Definitely chestnut especially when we have such beautiful countryside here in England. I'd love to be near the coast but for now this will do😁 #feelinggrounded🧘‍♀️ 

Cathy i count myself lucky i have the sea on oneside and the south downs on the other and lots of green space although the town is quite urban. 

Looking very athletic 👍👏👏 

That looks idyllic! It would be hard to find a better setting for a long walk 😊 

Are those the hills from Wuthering Heights, Cathy? 

I'm not sure chlorella 6. Its Mam tor the high peaks in Derbyshire x

Peak district is Derbyshire ( well it starts in Derbyshire but its huge and there are different peaks , its other side of Sheffield which is still classed as Yorkshire but I believe it's to do with the boundaries it falls under) x 

I’m from the Peak District in North Derbyshire, it’s outstandingly beautiful! 

Susan we do have many beautiful places in our green and pleasant land and the Peak district is one

I live other side of Peak District (Staffordshire) - I love walking there and there is so many beautiful places still hidden to discover 😍

It’s a stunning landscape, Cathy. I thought you’d be in York bc you’re cathyorkshire. It would’ve been amazing too. Cathy and Heathcliff from Wuthering Heights are from Yorkshire too... (?) it would’ve been a wonderful coincidence. Most beautiful novel ever 💔💘💔💘 

Nice view I sometimes have a ride out on the bike around that area and usually end up at Monsal Head near Chesterfield.
