Hey Chest - that's not as bad as you make out - the only thing which may have been "naughty" is the hash brown - but they dont count really as long as you close your eyes as your eat them!!! Hope the x-ray result is positive and all knitting back together properly. I sinned yesterday by having a bacon sour-dough baguette for breakfast. Was yummy!!

As for NHS staff - am waiting on a hospital appointment and G is waiting for THREE appointments! Heard this mornign my 93 yr old dad is in hospital following a fall and about to go into theatre for a fractured hip. The word BO**OCKS springs to mind.....

Omshawf i fell down the stairs and fractured my shoulder in two places with micro cracks in the spine, second time i fractured my right shoulder i guess iam accident prone!
