A home baker yes but mostly bread and other savoury things, I’m not much good with sweets 😅

Nutricali i am not a baker too lazy to do things myself, i bet you make a beautiful bread to go with your soups, i've oiled my chain on my bike.

I whizz up porridge oats to make banana pancakes. They are really nice

Chestnut I can make a reliable sourdough but most of the rest is luck! The main reason I wanted flour is to stop my starter dying 😞 I’ll have to try freezing it and see what happens

Nutricali 1st thing i need to know approximately how far do i have to cycle as i said before i am lazy so in so it takes me two hours to walk 5 miles. I am lucky i can get almost anything , i might do some black market trading all i need is it to be done for me! What do you make for a starter besides from your delicious soup?

Have you done the london-Brighton ride? It’s about that length lol, 70-80 miles from here to Worthing. A strong workout Indeed!

Only on the train on a daily basis when i worked in London, my god that was a rat race! I think now lockdown restrictions have been eased i'll stick with 5 mile walk a day hopefully increasing over the next two months, i think i am going to set myself a goal to walk from Worthing to Littlehampton eventually?

Banana pancakes
1 tbsp oats blended to powder
1 medium ripe banana mashed
1 medium egg whisked with a pinch of cinnamon and baking powder
Mix egg into banana and fry spoonfuls in fry light
Makes about 6 small ones
They can be difficult to flip as so soft so I lift an edge to check they are really brown and use a thin spatula
